Our Company History

Employee Management Solutions (EMS), formerly Warther & Associates was founded in "1985" specializing in finance, administration, and the automation of business systems. We provided various services such as, accounting, payroll, development of policy and procedures, outsourcing of human resources, benefit planning, and implementation, and labor control analysis. In “1994” we discovered time and attendance as a management tool. “Our single-minded focus” was to provide affordable, practical, profitable solutions in today’s changing times of Human Resource challenges by “easing the pain of managing employees through technology.

Our goal was to provide and implement solutions, such as; Workforce Management to provide flexibility to fundamentally assist in labor cost control, human resource management, payroll, and Integration of other applications and services. Guaranteeing efficiency, productivity, and cost containment.
